These terms govern use of the Craftway service provided by Craftway ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Craftway lets a studio share job progress with clients via a private link, and optionally sync stages from a connected tool such as Trello.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it, and for the accuracy of information you enter. You must have the right to share any content (including client photos) you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or access other workspaces' data.
Payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. The free plan is limited (currently 5 new client links per week). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the app.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
