Terms of Use

These terms govern use of CraftWay, a service operated by PE Stolovych Mykhailo (Kyiv, Ukraine) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
CraftWay lets a company share order progress with clients via a private link, and optionally sync stages from a connected tool such as Trello.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it, and for the accuracy of information you enter. You must have the right to share any content (including client photos) you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or access other companies' data.
Payment
CraftWay is free to use with a monthly limit (currently 5 new client links per month). The paid Pro plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page, including applicable taxes where required.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your company at any time (cancel any Pro subscription first). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data processing terms
When you put personal data about your clients or team into CraftWay, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. For that processing we:
- process it only to provide the service and on your documented instructions (your use and settings of CraftWay), unless the law requires otherwise;
- make sure anyone with access is bound by confidentiality;
- protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access control, off-site backups);
- use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, on terms that protect the data at least as well, and tell you before adding one so you can object;
- help you answer your clients' requests to exercise their rights, and with security and data-protection obligations, as far as we reasonably can;
- notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach;
- delete the data when you delete your company (backups expire within the period stated in the Privacy Policy);
- give you the information needed to show we meet these obligations.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your clients' data with us and for what you upload.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
