Refund & Cancellation Policy

CraftWay is operated by PE Stolovych Mykhailo. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Free plan
CraftWay is free to use with a monthly limit (5 new client links per month). No payment details are needed for the free plan.
Cancelling Pro
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Billing → Manage billing in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your company returns to the free plan. Your orders and links are kept.
Refunds
If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — monthly or yearly. Email [email protected] with the email address you paid with, or contact Paddle via the link in your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your company returns to the free plan.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
