Does CraftWay change my spreadsheet?
Only its own columns: the client link, a hidden CraftWay ID and, if you turn it on, a client response column. Your own cells are never edited.
Does Excel work with a file on my computer?
The workbook needs to live in OneDrive or SharePoint — a free Microsoft account is enough. CraftWay can also create a new tracker there for you.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, anytime. Your sheet stays exactly as it is, and the links you've already sent keep working.
What does my client see?
A private page with the current stage, what's next and the estimated ready date. No login and no app.
What happens if I stop paying?
Links you've already sent keep working. The free plan limits you to 5 new orders a month, and client pages go back to the default CraftWay look.
I use a different tool — can CraftWay work with it?
